1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EngTalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

EngTalk offers optional VIP subscription plans to unlock advanced dialogues (A2, B1, B2). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property

All dialogue materials, sound tracks, software source code, graphics, and trademarks associated with EngTalk and OSofts are protected by international copyright laws.
